Harriet Brigdale

Painter printmaker and art teacher.

I have been drawing and painting from a very small child, I love art, creating it myself or looking at other artists work is important and a great joy to me.

My foundation year was at the Chelsea School of Art, after that I spend three years at the London College of Printing at Elephant and Castle, I had a fantastic time and developed a love for typography and printmaking.

I am a council member and bulletin editor for the Society of Graphic Fine Art.

Recently I have been using old family photos and letters to create memory boxes, it is so interesting to collect and then put together all the memories and create my own.
